This is a reservation only, NOT a commitment to join the club. This Reservation Form will help us to determine the number of courts needed for each primary sport offered and will be instrumental in customizing the final layout of the Club courts for the individual needs of its Founding Members.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership entitles a family, which includes grandparents, parents and children (all entitlements at sole discretion of the Club) a total of 9 hrs of shareable court time per week. For example, a family of four playing together on one court (quad play) for 1 hour per week would utilize 4 hrs of their allotted 9 hrs of court time. (It is just $15.50 per family Member per week for each of 4 family Members to be able to play 2.25 (9 hrs total) hours of racquet sports per week). Another example, one single member would be able to play 9 hrs/week based on quad play (4 PPL/court).
Your $1750 Membership Fee plus GST (for the Founding Members) and $255 plus GST per month, provides you with a Court Time Value of $6.49/hr for 9 hours per week!
Your reserved court time will be scheduled using Club AI software for fairness of court time distribution among the Members, and the hours will be prioritized in nine categories ranging from “peak” to “off peak”. Members will also have access to a swap board, utilized to exchange the court time(s) for their primary sport with available court time(s) in any other category of sport or within the same category of sport on an alternate day and/or time.
Member Only Access to approx. 72,000 square foot state of the art indoor/outdoor facility including:
- 22 indoor and 1 outdoor courts
- Locker Rooms
- First 100 Founding Members will have a dedicated Founding Member locker at no extra charge
- Gathering Lounges – indoor and outdoor
- 4 Food and Beverage Options
- The future Arts Building (limited access)
PLUS limited access to: Sports Mall amenities including Daycare and the Grids Party Rooms, and with additional cost, access to Sports Mall tenants Marina Swim and Clip & Climb.
Daycare Members will have access to the Fitness Centre, all food and beverage options, the future Arts Building, Grids and (at extra cost) the Sports Mall swim and climb facilities.
ABOUT THE CLUB
Thank you for your interest in joining the Belvedere Sports Club (the “Club”) brought to you by Studio Events LTD. We plan to offer 2500 Memberships in the Club, which will be a private family club in the greater Vancouver area. The Club’s priority will be to provide an affordable family sports club experience. The Club’s opening date will be September 2023. Reserve your membership today!
SPONSORSHIP REQUIRED FOR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Prior to your submitting a complete Membership Application, you will be required to provide proof of sponsorship either by an existing Founding Member or a Club Coach. Existing Founding Members will be limited to sponsorship of 3 potential Members at any one time.
MEMBERSHIP TERM GRANTED
Two (2) years from the later to occur of (i) the date the Founding Member Agreement submits its Membership Agreement and Membership Fee and (ii) the Opening Date.
TRANSFERABLE
A Founding Member may sell and transfer their Membership to a third-party, subject to the third-party purchaser first providing a completed Membership Application.
NO PLEDGE OR ENCUMBRANCE OF MEMBERSHIPS
Founding Members will be prohibited from pledging, mortgaging or otherwise encumbering their Founding Memberships.
All Members acknowledge that their main motivation in becoming Founding Members is to be entitled to access and use of the private Club facilities.
