If you submit a completed Founding Member Application Package prior to the Opening Date, you will have the choice to cancel and receive a full refund of your Membership fee at anytime until the Opening Date.

MEMBERSHIP FEE

The current Membership Fee is $1,750 (for the Founding Members) plus GST of 5%. Membership Fees could escalate from time to time at the discretion of the Club, but not for at least 2 years.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment in full of the Membership Fee is due by the Opening Date of the Club.

MONTHLY FEE

The monthly fee will be $255 plus GST for 2 years and will escalate annually in step with Canadian CPI plus any increases. The monthly fees must be paid by etransfer.
